We are a community of believers who seek to love God and others. Not perfect, but striving to be completely devoted to Jesus and His mission to reach the lost. Every person is important to God. Compelled by Jesus’ love, we seek to be with, become like, and live like He did. From Sunday worship services and community groups to personal Bible studies, we are here to provide you with resources to meet your immediate needs.
We believe the church is called to stand firm in a changing world. The truth of God’s Word anchors us, providing a foundation that never shifts. Our values flow from these eternal truths, shaping who we are as a community and how we live out the message of Jesus together.
The Bible is the Word of God. It was recorded by faithful men under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is without any error and is completely true and applicable to our daily lives. It reveals his identity, nature, and divine plan for all of humankind.
Psalms 119:89,105; Matthew 22:29; Romans 15:4; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; Hebrews 4:12-13; 2 Peter 1:20-21
There is one God, who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, unchanging, completely worthy of our trust, and above all, holy. He is known as the Father, came as the Son and lives in Christians as the Holy Spirit. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to his people and his promises.
Numbers 23:19; Leviticus 11:44-45; 19:2; Isaiah 43:1-7 John 1:1-18, Romans 3:3-4
Jesus is the image of the invisible God. He is completely human, but is also completely God. He lived a sinless life, so that he could be a substitution for us in satisfying God’s demands for perfection. He defeated death in His resurrection so that we could have life. Jesus is the ultimate example to be human and obey God.
Matthew 1:18-23; Luke 24:46-47; John 14:6-7; 2 Corinthians 5:19-21; Philippians 2:5-11; Colossians 1:15-18
The Holy Spirit comforts and guides every disciple of Jesus. He convicts people of their sin, God’s righteousness, and the coming judgment. He gives us spiritual gifts and makes us more like Christ. We cannot live the life God intends for us without the Holy Spirit’s strength and guidance.
John 16:7-14; Romans 8:9-27; 1 Corinthians 3:16; Ephesians 1:13-14
Man is created in the image of God. Man was created to have fellowship with God, but has been separated inform Him through sinful disobedience. Consequently, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Only through Christ are we given the opportunity to be reconciled to Him and the chance to live life to the full.
Genesis 1-2; Romans 3:23-24; John 10:10; Ecclesiastes 12:13
We are saved by grace through faith. The Gospel is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone. God created man, sin entered the world through man’s rebellion, and God sent Jesus to pay the penalty for our sin through his death on the Cross. God’s plan is for man to respond through faith, repentance, and baptism.
Acts 2:38, Romans 3:23-25; Romans 6:23; Romans 6:1-4, Ephesians 2:8; 1 Peter 3:21-22
The Church is not a building, but a community of baptized believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ and obeying all of his commands, and it seeks to bring the Gospel to the world. The Church works together in love and unity to glorify Christ and make disciples of all nations.
